Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or use the contact form. It's written in plain language, and covers this site specifically rather than being a generic template.
Who this policy covers
This site is operated by Sergey Kruglov, an individual sound engineer based in Moscow, Russia. For any question about this policy or your information, reach out athello@sksound.example or+7 916 705-11-37.
Information from the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional subject, and your message. At present, this site has no backend connected to the form — submitting it only shows a confirmation message in your browser, and nothing you type is transmitted, stored, or forwarded anywhere. This section will be updated to describe real data handling once the form is wired up to an actual inbox.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind.
Third-party services
Page text is loaded using Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log that request (including your IP address) under its own privacy policy. The site also links out to third-party platforms — Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and Yandex Music. Visiting those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Hosting and server logs
Like most websites, this one runs on a server that may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) briefly, for security and reliability purposes.
Your rights
If you have any question about your information or want something removed, get in touch using the contact details above and it will be handled directly.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site changes — for example, if the contact form is connected to a real backend or if analytics are added. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
This is a general description of how this site actually works, not formal legal advice. If you're relying on this policy for regulatory compliance, have it reviewed by a lawyer.
